LUCIA ELLIOT
TEACHER, ASSOCIATE

Lucia’s journey started at the age of 6 where she stepped onto a Physie class floor and instantly fell in love. This was the beginning of a deep passion for dancing and love of her Physie sport. Since then, she has achieved personal goals of making it to 7 x National Finals and awarded multiple individual and team Zone Champion titles. Entering her 3rd year of teaching, Lucia works with her students to develop their technique in an inclusive and interactive class environment. She wants her students to succeed, be proud of their accomplishments, grow in confidence and enjoy all the hard work and dedication they put into their Physie classes. She constantly sets new goals as a teacher to continue learning and improving, just as much as her students do.

LAURA FERGUSON
TEACHER, ASSOCIATE

Laura joins our teaching team in 2025. She first started Physie at the age of 4 and continued until she was a teenager where she trained in ballet and jazz before returning to Physie at the age of 23. Over the years she has achieved personal Physie goals successfully competing at a State and National level. These include making the National Final as a Senior and Elite Lady, a National Placegetter as an Open Lady, and National Senior Team places. Laura shares her love of the sport with her three beautiful Physie daughters. Combining her skills as an experienced senior school teacher and Physie teacher for Preschoolers to Ladies for 10 years, and the understanding of how significant the role of a Physie teacher can play in a girls life, Laura provides a place where the student feels encouraged and supported to reach their full potential.

TILLY VOISEY
TEACHER, ASSOCIATE

For Tilly, commencing her Physie journey at the age of 10 was all about being able to dance with family members, sharing a love of a sport together with her cousins. Her dedication to Physie was born and quickly became evident in her desire to teach. Tilly is enthusiastic about designing a fun, comforting and friendly environment for her students to learn in, evoking motivation and creativity. She loves to dance, especially with our littlest members and brings joy to every class. Tilly is proud to be a part of the Riverside teaching team and looks forward to watching the next year of junior dancers emerge, finding the same love and passion that she has found. During her time as a competitive dancer, Tilly has had many personal successes including team Zone Champion titles and Zone places.
